Gatishil Gujarati: SSC CPO Recruitment 2017 | 2200 Jobs for SI and ASI in Delhi Police, CISF

Staff selection commission has reliesed "SSC CPO Recruitment 2017" notification for 2221 vacancies of Sub-Inspectors (SI) and Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) posts. The online application form for these posts starts from 22nd April to 15th May 2017. Candidates of SSC CPO recruitment 2017 should read all important information below before applying online.

Age limit: - 25 years as on 01.01.2017 (+3 yrs for OBC and +5yrs for SC/ ST)

Candidates have option to choose their preferences from the following posts:
Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police,Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBPF), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB)
Assistant Sub-Inspector in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF)

Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police (Male): 616 & Female: 256

Sub-Inspector (GD) in CAPFs (Male): 697 & Female: 89

Assistant Sub-Inspector (Executive) in CISF (Male): 507 & Female: 56

SSC CPO 2017: Who are Eligible?
To apply for SI and ASI positions, you need to satisfy the following conditions.They are:

Age: Minimum age of the candidate should be 20 years and maximum age is 25 years as on 01.01.2017 (+3 yrs for OBC and +5yrs for SC/ ST)

Educational qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government on or before 01.01.2017.

For Sub Inspector in Delhi Police: Male candidates should possess and also carry a valid Driving License for LMV (Motor cycle and Car) as on the date fixed for Physical Endurance and Standard Tests.

Candidates who do not have a Valid Driving License for LMV (Motor Cycle and Car) can apply for all other CAPFs posts.

Selection Process:-
The written examination consist of two papers: Paper-I will be held from 30.06.2017 to 07.07.2017 and Paper - II will be held on 08.10.2017.

Registration & Steps to Apply:-
Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs 100 as per prescribed method at the time of applying online.

All women and candidates from SC/ST and Ex-Servicemen categories are fully exempted from paying the application fee for SSC CPO 2017 recruitment examination.
